What does a workplace English assessment cover?
Your employee has a 30-minute conversation with an experienced teacher about their role and everyday work. The teacher listens to how they explain an idea, answer follow-up questions and handle a relevant workplace situation.

Clarity and fluency
How easily can they explain a process, tell a short story and answer an unexpected question? The teacher observes pace, hesitation and how comfortably they keep a conversation moving.
LISTENING
Understanding and responding
Can they follow questions, pick out key information and ask for clarification? The teacher observes how they respond in a live conversation, as they would in a meeting or client call.
LANGUAGE
Grammar and workplace vocabulary
Can they describe past events, explain current responsibilities and discuss future plans clearly? The teacher checks whether grammar and word choice convey the intended meaning, including vocabulary relevant to their role.

What does the evaluation include?
An employee meets an experienced language teacher online. Through conversation, the teacher evaluates their English level and how confidently they communicate, then identifies areas that could benefit from further practice.
Will employees receive a CEFR English level?
The evaluation includes a teacher’s assessment on the CEFR A1–C2 scale. The level is accompanied by communication insights and recommendations, giving your team more context than a score alone.
Are the evaluations conducted online?
Yes, the sessions take place online. Employees should have a reliable internet connection, a microphone and a quiet place to speak. We’ll help you arrange the sessions after you enquire.
